Thank you for shopping at Market91b. We are committed to providing you with products of the highest quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Returns

Eligibility:


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products ie soap, shampoo...). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

To start a return, contact us at info@market91b.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Non-Refundable Items:

Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care goods (such as beauty products, soap, shampoo)are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@market91b.com to arrange an exchange.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
