The benefits of Sauna

The word "sauna" comes from the Finnish language, and it refers to a small room or building that is heated to a high temperature using a wood-burning stove or electric heater. The temperature inside a sauna typically ranges from 70 to 100 degrees Celsius (158 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit), and the humidity level is usually low. Saunas were originally used for a variety of purposes, including bathing, healing, and spiritual cleansing. Today they are more widely used for relaxation and socializing.
